For this year's survey, we partnered with IMA member companies RSM McGladrey and Valley Industrial Association (VIA) to survey IMA and VIA members and compile the results. Considering RSM McGladrey's input and expertise in this endeavor, we think you'll find this year's report even more valuable than in the past.

This year's report presents data for 186 manufacturing-related job titles, reported statewide and by six Illinois labor markets. We have continued the features begun in 2007 that add three executive job titles and presents the data by size of organization. We also list information on annual incentives used by manufacturers to help keep and increase performance of their workers.
