IMA EVENT: ADAAA and FMLA Update

The ADAAA amended the ADA last year, and the final regulations are imminent. What does all of this mean for manufacturers who are doing their best to manage with a reduced workforce as they struggle to move past the depths of the economic recession? This 2.5 hour advanced level seminar will provide attendees with an understanding of the fundamental shifts in how these laws impact leave of absence management.
