Young Leaders Council Fall Conference
Eaglewoods Resort & Spa, Itasca, IL [ LOCATION MAP ]
The Illinois Manufacturers' Association's Young Leaders Council will hold its Third Annual Fall Conference October 1-3, 2010 at the Eaglewood Resort & Spa in Itasca, Illinois. Registration is now OPEN and we ask this year that you make every effort to register before September 1, 2010 for this year's challenging subject...The Leader's Compass. You've seen leaders come and go and you've seen some succeed and others fail. Have you ever wondered what explains this? One of the key first steps in becoming a leader is to develop and articulate a personal leadership philosophy statement. While it sounds easy enough, consider what happens when a leader fails to communicate a philosophy, establish a future vision or develop a system to measure progress toward that vision. We'll study these questions by reading the book, "The Leader's Compass" and each attendee will develop a personal leadership philosophy. Since we'd like everyone to have read the book before the conference, please remember to register before September 1.
