Order the IMA’s 2012-13 Compensation Reports!

The Illinois Manufacturers’ Association’s 2012-2013 Annual Compensation Report is now available. We again partnered with IMA member company Verisight to survey IMA members and compile the results for this year’s survey. Considering Verisight’s input and expertise in this endeavor, we think you’ll find this year’s report even more valuable than in the past.  

The survey questionnaires and/or access to the survey were sent to IMA members throughout the state of Illinois in April 2012.  Data presented represents approximately 180 manufacturing-related job titles reported statewide and by six Illinois labor markets.  We also list information on annual incentives used by manufacturers to help keep and increase performance of their workers.  

At the request of several member participating companies, we have added another new feature relating to shift differentials.  We also asked about plans employers had for salary increases in 2012 and their 2013 projections. Those results are summarized by employee category (i.e. hourly, nonexempt, salaried nonexempt and salaried exempt).  

The individual data submitted, was reviewed for accuracy before being included in the overall database.  The information in this report was provided on a confidential basis and the results are presented in aggregate to preserve the anonymity of participating companies.
