    Based on a survey of IMA member companies, the IMA's Biannual Benefits Report is only available to IMA members. The 121-question, biannual Report is compiled from the responses of participating IMA members, presenting data according to company size (small employer - 99 employees or less; large employer - 100 employees or more) and in some cases employee status (hourly nonexempt, salaried nonexempt or salaried exempt).
